If you need to cancel your hold/reservation, start by logging in to your library account. To look at the items you have requested click on the flag symbol on the left hand side of your account screen.
Click on the box for any of the items that you wish to cancel and then click Cancel All:
When prompted, confirm the cancellation:
If the item is available for collection but you no longer require it, please email email@example.com and we will cancel your request and remove the item from our Holds collection area.
