There are 3 types of study space within the library, denoted by the accepted noise levels; Group Study, Quiet Study, and Silent Study.

Please respect the wishes of others who have chosen to work in these designated areas.

Disturbed by noise?

At peak times we patrol the library to ensure that the people studying in the silent, and quiet, working areas are not being disturbed by unacceptable noise levels.

All of the study desks in our silent areas include a number you can text if you wish to report someone causing a disturbance.  This service is free and anonymous but you will need to include the location code (located on the card with the text number) so we know where the noise is coming from.
