All of our staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable and their main aim is to enable, support and enhance your use of our libraries so if you need help with anything (fetching books, searching the catalogue, photocopying, for example) then just ask! You can find staff on fixed help points – Avenue Library has a Help Desk whilst Park Library has a Reception Desk and an Information Point. In addition, at our larger library, Park, there are roving staff who can offer assistance wherever you need it. These staff are identifiable by branded jackets and all frontline staff will be wearing yellow lanyards.
