Q. Why haven't I received a Turnitin receipt (email confirmation)?
For Turnitin submissions, a digital receipt will be emailed to you, but do not wait for your email. Return to the assignment and from there, you can use the download icon to save a copy of your digital receipt to your computer.
If emails are not being received into your inbox it is possible that your email client or webmail software is blocking or filtering out emails sent from Turnitin.
A solution to this is for you to add the email addresses to the "white list" or contacts directory of your email client. Therefore, emails sent by Turnitin will not be mistaken for spam.
