Q. Who do I contact if I have missing modules on NILE?


You will see module sites when:

  • You have fully enrolled at Northampton
  • The start date of your course has been reached.
  • Your tutor has made the site available for you. (Your tutor will advise if they have done this.)
  • The "My Sites" box is fully displayed. If not then hover the mouse pointer over the "My Sites" title and click on the small triangle just to the left of the title.

If your course or module doesn’t appear in the ‘My Sites’ box, check whether your tutor has made the site available (some tutors won’t do this until your first face-to-face session). Once tutors have introduced themselves to you, ask them when their NILE site will be available.

If the site is available you may need to visit the Student Help Desk on campus to check that you are correctly enrolled.They will contact LearnTech if there is a technical issue relating to your enrollment.
