Q. I can't see my module on NILE
I can't Login?
If you cannot login to NILE, you can reset your password using the online tool*, if this doesn't resolve the issue you will need to contact IT Services via the IT service desk, or by calliing (Ex:3333 / 01604 893333) to log the issue.
I have a NILE login but can't see my module.
You will see these sites when:
- You have fully enrolled at Northampton
- The start date of your course has been reached.
- Your tutor has made the site available for you. (Your tutor will advise if they have done this.)
- The "My Sites" box is fully displayed. If not then hover the mouse pointer over the "My Sites" title and click on the small triangle just to the left of the title.
If the site is available to other users, but not to you, you will need to go to the Student Services, who will fix the issue.
