Q. Why are some student names missing from the Turnitin Inbox?

Answer

Sometimes, you may view a Turnitin Inbox before students have submitted and notice that only some of your students are listed.

  • Click Roster Sync at the top of the Inbox to syncrhonise your class list.

 

 

Use roster sync to update the student list

All students enrolled onto the NILE site should now be listed. If that does not happen, or an error message is displayed, please contact LearnTech Support by email or call the help desk on 2696, with the NILE site name and Turnitin submission point title.
